She has led efforts to expand resources for small businesses, strengthen public transportation, and preserve green space — always with an eye toward equity and access.

Yvette’s work extends beyond the city level. She serves on the Executive Board of the Palm Beach County Transportation Planning Agency and holds active roles with the Florida League of Cities, where she has consistently advocated for Democratic values at the local and state level. Her dedication to community engagement includes leadership with the Junior League of Boca Raton, service as Statewide Public Affairs Chair, and active involvement in public education and faith-based outreach through organizations like the B’nai Torah Congregation.

As she campaigns for the Florida Senate, Yvette brings a bold, progressive vision grounded in real-world experience. She is committed to protecting reproductive freedom, addressing the climate crisis, defending public schools, and ensuring that every Floridian has the opportunity to thrive.

"I am excited to represent the people of Palm Beach County in the State Senate. My real-world experience as a human resource professional and background in public service focused on advocacy for families and children equips me to effectively represent our district in Tallahassee. I am ready to bring my passion and experience to the State Senate and continue the remarkable work Lori Berman has done fighting for Democratic values and standing up to extremism in Tallahassee.”

Issues That Matter to Everyday Floridians

In the Florida Senate, Yvette Drucker will prioritize and fight for the issues that matter most to increase your

Lower Everyday Costs for Families: From groceries to gas to rent, Yvette understands how rising prices are squeezing working families and seniors. She’ll fight for common-sense solutions that provide real relief — including housing affordability, utility rate protections, and tax breaks that actually help.
Tackle Skyrocketing Property Insurance: Yvette will fight to hold insurance companies accountable and push for real reform that lowers costs, improves transparency, and protects homeowners.
Defend Reproductive Freedom: Yvette believes decisions about pregnancy belong between a woman and her doctor — not politicians. She’ll work to restore and protect access to safe, legal abortion in Florida.
Stand Up to Political Extremism: Whether in Tallahassee or Washington, Yvette will oppose far-right agendas that threaten democracy, erode civil rights, and distract from the real needs of Floridians.
Invest in Public Education: Yvette is committed to fully funding our public schools, paying teachers what they deserve, and pushing back on censorship and political interference in our classrooms.
Protect Florida’s Environment: Yvette will fight to safeguard our beaches, waterways, and natural resources. She supports clean energy investment, strong environmental enforcement, and climate action that protects future generations.
Improve Transportation & Infrastructure: From expanding public transit to fixing our roads and improving regional connectivity, Yvette will prioritize smart, sustainable transportation solutions that support growth and reduce traffic.
